Shipping and returns
Packaging
All of our jewelry is beautifully gift-wrapped in a custom box with ribbon, subtle outer packaging, and a certificate of authenticity.
Shipping to the USA
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will be processed that day and ship within one business day if the item is in stock. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Please note that some pieces are made-to-order and will be available within 4-6 weeks. We will contact you to let you know the shipping date within this timeframe.
All domestic US orders qualify for free 2-day shipping and require a signature upon receipt. We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
Shipping to other destinations
We do ship orders internationally, but we ask you to contact us first to arrange this so that we can arrange the correct insurance, import duties and taxes.
Returns and exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging a courier collection.
All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact including all tags. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.
Please note that all custom orders and special orders placed with Nina Runsdorf are final sale.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Our team is here to answer any questions you may have. We are available Monday-Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.
